  1. I just bought a new camera and I'm always thinking "why am I not getting out and taking some pictures?" For some reason it seems harder than it used to be. Good luck and I hope you get some clicking in.

  2. New camera? That's always a good thing. What model, if you don't mind my asking? I hope you get to tinker with it and shoot wonderful pictures.

  3. I don't mind telling you about my new toy. It's a Panasonic Lumix G1 with a couple lenses. The camera uses the Micro Four Thirds system. The only thing that Ronnie del Carmen and I might have in common is that system since I've been told he has a Lumix GF1. So far I love the camera which is a lot like a DSLR but more compact.

I've taken some pictures with it already. A few are here ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/32106340@N06/sets/72157623553043904/ ) in my bunch of junk area. However, I don't remember which! LOL!

Looking forward to seeing you take more pictures in your far away land.

  4. Awesome! The GF-1 is really nifty, or so I hear. I'm so intrigued because the likes of Ronnie del Carmen now have one, and my boss, Leigh, is thinking about getting one. I hope you're having fun with your toy.

I actually just finished dusting off my camera. Took over 500 shots at a dance concert last Friday. Sample photos are up on my blog.

    Happy clicking to you, too!

  6. I'm the one that showed Leigh a GF1 review and introduced her to it. :D Now her LX3 isn't as exciting. I know she'll be driven to get one sooner or later which would be a good thing for her blog videos since the fixed focal length camera she has is kind of restrictive.

I'm having fun with the camera. I took a bike ride this weekend with it hanging from my neck. I always want to be able to capture images even doing something like that.

    OK, enough boring camera talk.
